2. 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy

3. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in original packaging and condition
- All accessories, instructions, and packaging must be included
- Missing items or damaged packaging may incur up to a 15% restocking fee
- COD (Cash on Delivery) or Freight Collect returns will not be accepted
4. Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 60 days. We can only exchange for items of equal value. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
